Evaluation Rates
Because evaluations take place over several appointments, payment is naturally spread out across sessions, which helps make the process more manageable for families. We also offer flexible financing options through CareCredit, including 6 or 12 month interest-free plans, and are happy to talk with you about what works best for your family.
Comprehensive Evaluation
Standard - $300 at intake, $1600 at testing, and $1600 before feedback
CareCredit - $584/month for 6 months or $292/month for 12 months
A full psychological, neuropsychological, or psychoeducational evaluation that examines multiple areas of functioning. Other financing options for CareCredit are available.
Targeted Evaluation
Standard - $300 at intake and $2000 at testing
CareCredit - $384/month for 6 months
These rates are typical for a standard targeted evaluation, but may vary depending on the referral question.
A targeted evaluation is designed to assess for the presence of autism or to follow up to a prior assessment.
Psychotherapy Rate
Individual Psychotherapy
$200 per 50-minute session
Psychotherapy services at Beacon Light Psychological Services are available for children, teens, and young adults ages 4–24. While we are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill on a regular basis for families who wish to seek potential reimbursement from their insurance plan.
Parent Coaching Rates
Parent Coaching: Virtual or In-Office
$150 per 50-minute session
Parent coaching services at Beacon Light Psychological Services are available through Zoom or in-office and is intended for parents and guardians of children ages 2–12. We do not provide superbills for parent coaching sessions and payment is entirely out-of-pocket.
Parent Coaching: In-Home
$200 per 60-minute session
Parent coaching sessions can also take place right in your home, allowing guidance to happen in the environment where your child’s behaviors naturally occur. In-home coaching can lead to faster skill-building, greater consistency, and more confidence for parents as they learn and practice techniques in real time.
RUBI Training Course
$1195 for an 11 session course
